I woke up at 5:30 and dragged my butt downstairs, and realized… we were out of bars. So I had to eat an apple (I have nothing against apples, but I needed something more). And therefore I was lacking energy during the workout. And I did lots of sprints. And air-squats. And mountain climbers. And dips. And now I’m going to go shower and eat some breakfarust.
